We want you to love your SnapSeal. If something's not right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To start a return, contact us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps once approved.
Return shipping
Unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, your choice.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different colour or variant is to return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at [your support email].
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they haven't yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and doesn't affect, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are faulty or not as described.
