Great little useful device, well worth the money, so simple to use.
The 2-in-1 Food Bag Sealer & Cutter is such a useful tool to have around the house. It heats up quickly, seals bags tightly to keep food fresh, and the built-in cutter is super convenient for opening packages without scissors. I love that it's rechargeable with USB-C and cordless, so I can keep it in the kitchen drawer or even take it when traveling. Compact, easy to use, and really effective - this has become one of my go-to kitchen gadgets.
I purchased this mainly for home use but also hoped to use it for quick seals on poly tubing bags at my workplace. At home, sealing a bag of potato chips took some practice - I found I had to start the seal at the center of the bag and swipe out to the edges, and it was difficult to get the two seals to line up in the middle. The bag did seal nicely as long as I ran the sealer slowly. The cutter tool ripped the chip bag every time, so I found it easier to just use scissors. I also tried it on 1 mil and 2 mil poly tubing bags - it sealed both thicknesses but cut into the bag at the seal, likely because it runs too hot, so I won't be able to use it at my workplace. Overall I don't find this to be the most convenient tool - a bag clip and scissors work just as well for me.
Perfect for sealing those snack bags when you don't eat it all. Love how it recharges and the magnet means I can keep it on the fridge where it's easy to grab rather than digging through kitchen drawers.
